Every year in the end of the winter takes place a Carnival. It lasts for more than a week, and during thees days costume balls, carnival evenings, concerts and competitions of carnival teams are organized; cultural and shopping centers invite residents and visitors to the festivities. The culmination of the festival is a Costume Parade in the town square of Kotor and a concert – 26 Feb 15:00
